What is meditation? There are many meditative techniques in the modern esoteric world. How to understand this sea of theories and procedures and, most importantly, where to look for solutions to specific, urgent problems? Today, the concept of meditation is associated with something abstract, unnecessary and unrelated to reality. About meditation
Sergey, what is meditation? For most people, meditation is associated with something very complex and demanding, with tremendous effort, with something that is accessible only to the “initiates.” Can everyone learn meditation? Need to know something in advance?
As for the ‘initiates’ who are supposedly engaged in meditation, I would say otherwise: meditation is nothing exclusive and accessible only to the privileged or only a small part of the population. Meditation is the personal inner space of each person, which he either uses in his life or runs away from him all his life. There is really nothing required for meditation, just pack up and at some point sit down, close your eyes, and try to sit in silence for at least a few minutes. This means that we do not give all those thoughts that flow the opportunity to control your inner space, which I call meditation or meditative space.
In fact, in our country it is not only meditation, but also guided imagination with a guide. Controlled imagination and meditation are two slightly different things. Meditation is the silence of a person, and the controlled imagination is, say, the movement of a person by means of a “guide” – a person who knows the path he has already taken, and can thus lead one to meditation.
Anyone can learn to meditate when there is desire. This is not a problem because there are no people who can not close their eyes and just sit quietly for a few minutes. There is no need to do anything in advance or in advance. You just need the desire to communicate with each other internally.
About images and imagination
What should people for whom imagination does not work do – does the effect of meditation depend on the ability to imagine images?
I have encountered these things many times. In fact, no special skills are needed. All my meditations or so-called “Controlled imagination” is always held for people who have certain problems with their imagination. Therefore, we always start with the simplest, we begin to imagine some of the simplest things that slowly bring a person to a certain level, at which the fantasy begins to manifest more strongly – one begins to present images and see them without problems. Therefore, you do not have to worry about anything: in all our meditations, we develop this part of our lives – a controlled fantasy, to see our lives in a positive light.
In addition, there is no need to imagine pictures because many feel them. It’s as if people know they’re there. Over time, of course, everything opens up – image thinking and vision. This means that all areas of brain development are involved.
Why does it work? Why do the manipulations we perform in our imagination begin to affect reality – after all, are they just a fantasy at first glance?
Fantasizing in my understanding simply sorts out the thoughts in the head when one sits and chases the thoughts on the head without building them in a certain direction, so the very thoughts we have in our heads build a certain line of life. In fact, most of the thoughts that are in our heads are fantasies, a departure from reality that has nothing to do with the world in which man lives. All we are doing is trying to free ourselves from such thoughts so that we can reach a level where we control our thoughts and not our thoughts will control us. This is part of meditation, which is very important in the approach I suggest. That is, learning to control your thoughts and thus manage your life.
About experience and success
And if anyone already has experience with meditation?
There is no experience and they can’t be. There is someone else’s experience. Experience of foreign schools. Each school provides its own specific technique, which must be studied from the very beginning, not from the middle. Always. Even though, as they say, there is a “kilogram of the brain” in the head, it does not mean that one knows everything. Therefore, it is advisable to first study any new direction from the beginning. And don’t jump to the end and shout, “I know.” Because “I know” is the sentence, the emotion that closes knowledge. The moment one says “I know,” he interrupted his ability to expand that knowledge.
Therefore, all I am learning is to be based on ignorance. ie I do not know the principle, I will listen. “So, from one hundred percent of the material, ninety-seven will be known to me. And three percent will give me a new understanding that will unite some incoherent things into a certain system. Therefore, it is appropriate to come to me not with the inflated ego “I was everywhere”, but with the desire to discover some direction in the world and knowledge.
Is your presence the key to meditation success? Can it be repeated with the same efficiency independently, at home?
Of course, my presence increases the success rate of a particular meditation, because during the meditation I also start some specific processes and I follow each student in the meditative space so that he does not get lost, he went through time. I can clearly observe the speed of the journey inside meditation because one may not have enough time to complete the desired process, or one may run too fast, and then will not be interested in staying in meditation. This means that then meditation itself loses its meaning. You can repeat this at home, basically with the same effectiveness, if you write this meditation on a disc or on a tape and just listen to it and reproduce the same things that were in my presence. Why – because the energy that was in this place at that time is also recorded on a disc or tape.
How do meditations help?
What areas of life can help sound your meditations? Is it possible to use them to change your personality for the better, to get rid of bad habits?
From experience, I can say that you can change almost anything in any course of life. If a person goes in a negative direction and all the problems seem to be on his head, then it is obvious that through meditation you can turn around and see the light on your path. You can, of course, change your personality. The only thing must be a very strong desire to do it for the simple reason that someone should show a person the way out of the problem. Because character usually causes us certain problems in our lives, by changing our character, we change so-called bad habits and everything else.
About meditation courses.
Your meditations go through the whole course. What is the general structure of each course? Which contains?
There is usually no definitive structure because I work online. This means that at the time of meditation, roughly speaking, I am joining a higher source and they have given me this meditation down. All meditations take place in real time and there is no specific direction, theme or any specific currents in this or that course. I believe that meditation should be alive. It’s easiest to read from a letter, but then it won’t be meditation. Therefore, I believe that everything should come from a source, and repeating other people’s meditations is not entirely correct. There may be certain specific points that you can use, but it is only for entering and exiting meditation, as well as for adjusting your imagination. Meditation is divided into three stages – entry, meditation itself and exit from meditation. Meditation itself is thus an individual part of every person, which should not be bound to any books or laws that are written somewhere. This means that it is the personal inner space of each person and has the right to use this space as he wishes.
If we talk about the usual course of meditation, how do ordinary meditations differ from healing meditations?
The general course is usually designed for 10-15 meditations, and absolutely everything enters this course: healing meditations, meditations on progress, meditations on achievements, meditations on relaxation. In general, this course covers everything related to human life. ie it could be said that it offers a full range of services.
And, in principle, it is possible to spread meditation as such to achieve health, success, and business support. There is a general course that touches on all the topics a bit, bit by bit, as they say, on the sidelines, and there are certain specific areas that people choose. And there I will mention more specific things that are focused specifically on the area that one wants to correct to be in balance.
If a person who has “everything right” in quotes or to a large extent and in life does not want to change anything, but some part of his life, such as business, is a little lame, then of course there is no point in attending a general meditation course because he will have to wait for one or two business meditations that may be within this course.
So can you take the course in different directions? For example, do you care about relationships with children?
Of course. For example, you can take a health course and specifically dedicate all ten health meetings, i.e. remove problems from the body, wash them, etc.
If you want to achieve results, is it possible to participate in one or two parts, or is it better to complete the whole course?
First, each course begins with the basics, i.e. with cleaning yourself. From cleaning the channels so that one can receive what has been given to him. Each course has a beginning, there is a middle and an end. It is impossible to come, take a book to the library, open it in the middle, read and say: I understand everything. This is not some kind of training or seminar, when one day a few people gather, feast and say goodbye.
You train courses online. Is there a difference between live courses and a webcam over the internet?
In fact, the difference is very small – only that at that time I am not physically present in the place where, for example, a certain group is sitting. However, the impact on energy is exactly the same, the topics are the same, so I do not think there is a big difference. And from the results I get, I see that there is no difference.
